Students from Baltistan University Skardu participated in the two-day National Youth Integration Convention, invited by the Pakistan Higher Education Commission and under the supervision of Dr. Mehdi Hassan.

Caretaker Prime Minister Anwarul Haq Kakar and Chief of Army Staff General Hafiz Syed Asim Munir addressed the National Youth Convention, holding a question-and-answer session with the youth at the Jinnah Convention Center in Islamabad.

Senate Chairman Sadiq Sanjrani and HEC Chairman Dr. Mukhtar Ahmed also addressed the convention. The objective of this gathering was to harness the talents of the youth and enable them to play a key role in national development.

During his address, Senate Chairman Sadiq Sanjrani emphasized the importance of providing free time to the youth, allowing them to utilize their talents for the country's development. Caretaker Prime Minister Anwarul Haq Kakar highlighted that over sixty percent of Pakistan's population consists of youth, constituting the strength of the country. He emphasized that the development of the nation is possible through the contributions of these conscious youths.

Chief of Army Staff General Hafiz Syed Asim Munir mentioned the challenges posed by various national issues and expressed hope that the youth would play a crucial role in the security and development of the country.

HEC Chairman Dr. Mukhtar Ahmed, in his address, stressed the significance of research-based development and encouraged the youth to prepare themselves for playing an important role in national development.

Throughout the convention, Prime Minister of Pakistan and Chief of Army Staff General Syed Asim Munir provided detailed answers to the students' questions.

The students of the University of Baltistan showcased their courage and ability to play an essential role in the development of Pakistan. Their participation in this convention, alongside students from other universities, demonstrated their commitment to our beloved country.
