Worked as Admin and Finance Officer.

My Key Responsibilities during this project were

• Maintenance of Office Accounts including Journal and Petty cash;
• Day to day office administration, equipment handling, HR management, and financial management;
• Preparation of Financial Reports for onward submission to Headquarters in Germany
• Maintenance & updating list of Office Assets.
• Supervise the Transport
• Allocation of the driver’s duties and monitoring of duties
• Ensure that the drivers maintain proper vehicle utilization logbook
• Check vehicles for cleanliness and overall repair & maintenance
• Formulate the Vehicle Monitoring Sheet every month
• General office management including maintenance of files/ record, equipment, local purchases, and timely payment of bills.
• Prepare and maintain quarterly financial reports.
• Coordinate / facilitate Government of GB, FPAP, AKHSP and MALC
• Assisted Partners in procurements through National / International competitive biddings from publication to award of the tender.
• Maintain an accessible filing system in the project.
• Coordinate / communicate with Partners including Government and INGOs
• Maintain HR files and personal files and keep a personal and confidential record in track.
• Plan / arrange reservations (travel, hotel, transportation) for National and International staff.
