Associate Professor Dr. Muhammad Ali of the Department of Zoology, University of Baltistan, Skardu, has been awarded an Honorary Certificate by the Higher Education Commission (HEC), Islamabad, in recognition of his inclusion in the “World’s Top 2% Scientists 2026” list published by Elsevier and Stanford University for his outstanding research contributions at the international level.
