The Department of Business Management, Commerce & Economics, University of Baltistan, Skardu organized an educational and recreational trip to Cascade Resort Ghawari and Balghar Meadow, Ghanche.

Over 300 students and faculty members participated in the trip. At Cascade Resort, students attended a briefing session with the Resort Manager on hospitality operations, human resource management, financial management, and marketing strategies.

At Balghar Meadow, students conducted a field-based market analysis to assess local and tourist demographics and identify potential business opportunities.

The activity aimed to enhance students’ understanding of business operations and entrepreneurship in Gilgit-Baltistan. The department, on behalf of the University, extended sincere gratitude to the management and staff of Cascade Resort for their cooperation and hospitality.
