First-class master`s degree (16 years of education) or equivalent in Education from any HEC-recognized university/institution with two years’ post-qualification teaching experience at a university or postgraduate college level. Preference shall be given to the candidates with higher qualifications i.e. MS/M.Phil in Education.

Preference will be given to Ex-Army (NCO/JCO) who has SSG background or who has worked with any Intelligence organization.

(BPS-05 Contract)

Candidate should have secondary school Certificate (Matriculation) with two years working experience in an office preferably in the examination or administrative section of any government or autonomous national or international organization.

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. All the candidates are advised to download the application form available on the university website uobs.edu.pk. The candidates are required to print the form, fill it in and submit it to the Registrar Office only along with all required/demanded documents. Applications are accepted only by hand or through courier. Applicants must receive a duly signed and stamped receipt of document submission from the Registrar office after submitting their dossier.
  2. Applicants must deposit Rs.1500/- (for BPS- 11 and above/ teaching associate), Rs. 1000/- (for BPS/PPS- 05 and above) non-refundable application processing fee, for each position separately in the name of University of Baltistan, Skardu, NBP Account No: 0486003165680203 and submit one copy of the slip along with the application form.
  3. Incomplete or applications received after the due date will not be entertained.
  4. The candidates applying for more than one post shall submit separate Job Applications and separate application processing fees for each position.
  5. The University reserves the right not to fill/withdraw/change any number of positions/withhold the appointment against any advertised post without assigning any reason.
  6. The candidate already in Government Service must submit NOC with the application form, otherwise, his or her application shall not be entertained.
  7. Certificate(s) of experience in the relevant field/subject duly issued from the office of the Competent Authority must be submitted along with the application form. No advantage, whatsoever, would be given if Experience Certificates are not attached.
  8. The Candidates must submit HEC Equivalence Certificate(s) with the application form, where applicable, otherwise, their applications would not be entertained/considered.
  9. All appointments are subject to verification of their degrees from HEC.
  10. The evaluation of the Scrutiny Committee shall be considered final and only short-listed candidates will be called for a test/interview.
  11. General age relaxation shall be given to applicants as per the Federal Government age relaxation policy.
  12. Applications complete in all respects must be submitted by hand or through courier during office time not later than November 10, 2022. Applications shall be submitted only in the Office of the Registrar at the Main Campus Hussainabad. Applicants who submit their forms by hand must receive an acknowledgment receipt from the Registrar office at the time of form submission.
  13. All communications during the selection process (call for interview/test etc.) with the candidates will be made through official email only.
  14. No TA/DA will be admissible.
